Returns & Exchanges

At Maya & Henry's Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Maya & Henry's gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
